Every effort is made to ensure that any description given is true and accurate based on information provided by the consignor of the lot, but descriptions are not guaranteed to be accurate.

The auctioneer is acting solely as agent for the consignor.

No bid will be accepted unless the bidder has registered with the auctioneer prior to the sale and has provided satisfactory evidence of creditworthiness and identity. (Driving licence, cheque card, letter of credit or banking reference etc.).

All lots must be paid for in full by the end of the sale day and before the lot can be removed.

The preferred method of payment is cash or by Switch or Delta cards.

Payment by Credit Card will be subject to a 4% surcharge.

Payment may be made by cheque if supported by appropriate bank card.

Payment by cheque must be approved prior to the sale by the auctioneer.

Lots may be held by the auctioneer until cheques clear and arrangements will then be made for delivery at the buyer’s cost.

A sale is concluded at the fall of the hammer and the auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the fall of the hammer without giving any reason.  The auctioneer also reserves the right to bid on any lot up to the reserve on such lot.

In the event of a disputed bid, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bidding and to determine at what price it shall re-start.

All purchases are subject to a buyers premium of  15% on motor cars and motorcycles + VAT at the current rate, which are sold strictly as seen. No warranty is given or implied, and these lots are sold purely as collector's items and not as road legal means of transportation.
